Book 3: 1940–1970

This three-part series, inspired by my doctoral thesis at the University of Reading, briefly explores the evolution of health messages on food labels across three key periods: 1850–1918, 1918–1945, and 1945–1970. By transforming academic research into an engaging, visual format, the series seeks to make these insights accessible to a broader audience.

The first book in the series is now available, with the second and third volumes to be published during 2025.
